  • Orders are processed and delivered during weekdays Monday-Friday except for national holidays.
  • Orders placed during holidays may experience processing and delivery delays.
  • All orders come with tracking.
  • All orders in Australia will require signature on delivery. If you are not at the premises during delivery, a card and/or email will notify about redelivery or collection at the nearest collection point. 
  • There are Delivery Instruction services that you can choose before your parcel gets delivered. These include; rescheduling the delivery, assign to leave the parcel at the premises or collect the parcel at the nearest collection point/ post office.
  • If an order is redirected to a collection point and the customer does not collect it within the collection period, it will automatically be returned. A redelivery fee will apply.
  • Once a shipping confirmation email and/or sms has been sent out with a valid tracking number, the buyer is responsible for tracking and collecting the parcel before the unclaimed parcel returns to us. A redelivery fee will apply if the parcel returns.



Orders cannot be delivered to the following locations:

  • Businesses that reship packages internationally
  • PO Boxes or Parcel Collect points, or any other Australia Post Facilities.
  • There are multiple messages on the checkout page informing that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or lockers/ collect points. Please inform us as soon as possible if you have submitted an invalid address and we will amend it if your parcel has not been shipped yet.
  • If an order has been processed or already shipped out with an invalid address, a reprocessing or redelivery fee will apply.
